American Taxi Dispatch, Inc. is the largest suburban Chicago, IL taxi dispatch service serving all suburbs, airports and downtown. All rides must begin or end in a suburb. We offer low flat rates to and from airports and downtown locations.
Our easy and secure online ordering through tablet and smartphone, or any computer, goes direct to dispatch so there is no delay in the order process. When you log in you can order your taxi immediately, or choose a later time or date and the order will remain in the dispatch system until it is completed.
You can retrieve your order on your mobile device to check for estimated time of arrival to your pick up location, change date, time or any other feature, or cancel your order.
You can add commonly used travel locations (except airports, which are already shortcuts) to make ordering faster and easier. Save the shortcut name, such as work, dentist, home, or favorite restaurant, and the name and address of the location in your permanent profile and you can scroll to that shortcut to quickly enter that location in your order.
Save all cell phone, office and home phone numbers in your profile so if you need to call, our automated system will recognize any of those numbers and quickly place your order.
We accept all major credit cards, coupons and village sponsored senior discount taxi coupon programs. Remember, it's quicker to click than to call!
